ARPEGI8 is a dude from Newcastle making new wave Seapunk. His tracks are some of the most awesome I've found anywhere so far, soft fluffy almost Chillwave sounds blended with watery magic and proper ocean world house and the sort of ambient rave that The Orb used to big up.
